Braunau am Inn, Austria – March 19, 2024FLUX GmbH (FLUX), the high precision encoder company, today announced it has expanded its partner network with East Coast Automation AB, an established value-added distributor and technical solutions provider in Sweden.

FLUX designs and produces high performance encoders for precision position and velocity feedback within closed loop motion control systems. FLUX encoders overcome the limitations of traditional position sensing technologies by offering outstanding performance in harsh environments, excellent accuracy and precision, and a lightweight and compact form factor.

The company’s patented Giant Magneto Impedance (GMI) technology combines the hysteresis-free performance of an optical encoder with the robustness of an inductive encoder and the large mounting tolerance and working range of a magnetic encoder.

“We are proud to partner with FLUX for the Sweden market,” said Mats Gårdestam, Founder & CEO of East Coast Automation AB. “FLUX encoders have fast become the go-to encoder technology for tough environments applications and we are already seeing a strong pipeline of projects in the region.”

“Our technology is increasingly used as a critical component in some incredible machinery such as unmanned aircraft, medical robots, marine rovers, and satellites,” said Paul Tutzu, Founder & CEO of FLUX. “We look forward to working closely with Mats and his team to close the gap for customers in terms of high-precision performance in extreme conditions.”
